Atlanta Food Bloggers' Society's Night with Princi Italia Midtown Atlanta

There are several great restaurants all around Atlanta, and then there are those that stand out among the greats. Princi Italia Midtown Atlanta is one of them.

Tara Johnston, Princi Italia's Event Coordinator invited the Atlanta Food Bloggers' Society to dine on Chef Brandon Early's cuisine three different nights. For the most part, members and their guests dined on the same dishes, but each night had something deliciously different than the other. Each group was able to sample family style served dishes and the pleasure of foods not on the other groups menus. It was perfect! Just look at some of the dishes that literally melted in our mouths.

Caprese Salad
mozzarella di bufala, vine tomatoes, basil

Burrata
heirloom tomatoes, arugula, sea salt, evo

Margherita
tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil

Meatball al Forno
beef, chicken, tomato pesto sauce

South Texas Wild Boar Gnocchi
arugula, shaved reggiano

Fettuccine di Mare
lump crab, shrimp, asparagus, basil cream

Orecchiette
housemade sausage, rapini, chilies, evo, parmesan

Quattro Formaggi
4 cheese ravioli, peas, prosciutto, lemon

Grilled Alaskan Salmon
papaya jalapeƱo chutney, braised cauliflower

Grilled Chicken Pizza
caramelized onions, pears, goat cheese, thyme

Tiramisu
layers of chocolate cake and mascarpone cream, dark rum, chocolate shavings & leghorn sauce

Lemon Curd Tart
pistachio crust & raspberry sauce

Chocolate Praline Bars
ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR!

Thank you Tara for inviting us into Princi Italia Midtown Atlanta. We truly enjoyed it and our experience was so worth the visit. (The only money exchanged was tips to our servers. No other compensation was received and all opinions are 100% our own.)
